At Finn Vending Sales LLC, we stand behind the quality of every vending machine and service we provide. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, duration, and process for making a warranty claim on any product or service purchased from our website or directly through our sales team.

Warranty Coverage

Every vending machine sold by Finn Vending Sales LLC is covered by a limited parts-and-service warranty:

  • New Machines: 2-Year Warranty

  • Refurbished or Used Machines: 1-Year Warranty

Warranty Includes:

  • Replacement of defective parts or components

  • Labor and remote technical support (U.S. customers)

  • Assistance with troubleshooting and basic programming

International Warranty: Covers replacement parts only. Labor and shipping costs apply.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, vandalism, or tampering

  • Improper installation or electrical connection

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Physical damage during relocation after delivery

  • Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, decals, etc.)

  • Failures resulting from non-commercial or outdoor use (unless specified)

If damage is found to be outside warranty coverage, repair costs will be quoted before service continues.

Warranty Period Start Date

Warranty coverage begins on the date of confirmed delivery or installation, whichever occurs first.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim:

  1. Email support@finnvendingsales.com or sales@finnvendingsales.com.

  2. Provide your invoice number, machine model, and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Attach clear photos or videos of the affected area or part.

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps, which may include troubleshooting, replacement, or return authorization

Customers must complete basic troubleshooting with our support team before replacement parts are shipped

Replacement parts are shipped to the customer at no cost. However, shipping costs for returning defective parts or machines are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise approved in writing.

Failures caused by improper cleaning, lack of maintenance, moisture exposure, or neglect

 

Repair & Replacement Process

  • If a defective part is verified, we will ship a replacement at no cost within the warranty period.
  • In some cases, a local technician may be recommended for on-site service.

  • Labor coverage applies only to repairs authorized in advance by Finn Vending Sales LLC.

Transfer of Ownership

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless approved in writing by Finn Vending Sales LLC.

Startup Program and Location Services

Machines purchased as part of our Vending Startup Program include the same warranty coverage stated above. Warranty service covers the machine itself not performance, location sales, or income results.

Limitation of Liability

This limited warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties.

Finn Vending Sales LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or downtime.

Our total liability under this warranty will not exceed the original purchase price of the machine or service

Damage caused by moving, relocating, or transporting the machine after delivery without proper equipment or professional assistance
