Finn Vending Sales LLC offers a range of vending machines including snack, drink, combo, and specialty beauty units, along with optional startup packages that include mentorship, training, and verified location placement.
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all features, colors, or configurations are perfectly represented.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
Orders, Payments & Cancellations
All orders must be paid in full before processing unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Wire Transfer • Zelle • Apple Pay • Chime • Cash App
Order Confirmation: Orders are processed only after full payment is received and verified.
Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed if shipping or processing has begun.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, resale, or misuse.
Order Errors & Discrepancies
Customers must inspect their machine upon delivery. Any missing parts, damages, or order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit eligibility for replacement or repair.
Shipping & Delivery
- Free Nationwide Shipping: All orders within the continental U.S. qualify for free delivery.
Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation, depending on customer location.
International Orders: Shipping quotes are available upon request. Import duties or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Carrier Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs clearance.
Refund & Return Policy
Refunds are issued only if the customer does not receive what was guaranteed — such as the wrong model, missing items, or a defective machine not covered under warranty.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once eligibility is verified.
Refunds will not be issued for misuse, tampering, improper installation, or buyer’s remorse
Returns are accepted within 30 days for defective, incorrect, or non-functional products. Returned machines must be unused, in original condition, and include all parts and packaging.

Warranty & Guarantee
Every machine purchased from Finn Vending Sales LLC includes a full warranty:
New Machines: 2-Year Warranty
Refurbished/Used Machines: 1-Year Warranty
Warranty Covers: Replacement parts, labor, and remote technical support.
Warranty Void If: Misuse, tampering, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or physical damage occur.
International Warranty: Covers parts only; labor and shipping fees apply.
To file a warranty claim, email support@finnvendingsales.com with your invoice number and machine serial number.
Mentorship & Location Placement Services
Our Vending Startup Program provides professional mentorship, machine setup guidance, and verified location placement.
By enrolling, you agree to:
Participate actively in the placement and setup process.
Sign a service agreement outlining program terms and responsibilities.
Finn Vending Sales LLC does not guarantee specific profit or sales outcomes from mentorship, placements, or machine performance.
Limitation of Liability
All products and services are provided “as is.”
While every machine is tested and verified prior to shipping, Finn Vending Sales LLC is not responsible for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost income, downtime, or business interruption
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wright County, Minnesota.
