Nationwide Shipping Coverage

We proudly offer free nationwide shipping across the continental United States on all vending machine orders. Every order is packaged with care and shipped via trusted freight or ground carriers from our Hanover, Minnesota facility.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

We offer flexible delivery options to meet your needs:

  • Direct to Address: Most machines ship directly to your business or residential address.

  • Alternate Location: Delivery to storage facilities, warehouses, or alternate addresses is available upon request.

  • Curbside Delivery: Freight shipments are typically delivered curbside or to the first dry area accessible by truck.

Customers enrolled in our Startup Program or installation service packages may also receive professional on-site installation upon delivery

Orders are processed, tested, and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees charged by their country.

All international orders must be approved by our logistics team before payment to confirm shipping availability and carrier eligibility.

 

Shipment Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can monitor your delivery progress at any time. If you do not receive your tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact support@finnvendingsales.com for assistance.

Damage During Transit

All vending machines are inspected, tested, and securely packaged before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect the machine immediately upon delivery.

  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  3. Take clear photos and email them to sales@finnvendingsales.com within 24 hours of delivery.

We will promptly arrange for a replacement or repair under our warranty and shipping insurance policies

Freight carriers do not provide inside delivery, upstairs delivery, installation, or movement beyond the curbside or first accessible dry area unless pre-arranged. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access and equipment for moving the machine after curbside delivery.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is lost, delayed, or misrouted by the carrier, Finn Vending Sales LLC will assist with filing a carrier claim and provide a replacement if necessary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier service interruptions, but we will work with the carrier to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details at the time of purchase.

Finn Vending Sales LLC is not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.

Additional fees may apply for rerouting or reshipment.

Signature & Delivery Acknowledgement

A signature is required upon delivery for all vending machines. By signing the delivery receipt, you confirm that the machine was received in good condition and that your order has been fulfilled as described.

Carrier Appointment Scheduling

Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure your phone number and email are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

Unloading Liability Clarification

Finn Vending Sales LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs during customer unloading, movement, or installation after the delivery is completed.
